I accidentally typed in caps. And I couldn't even apologize and explain myself before I was muted. 
I have actually seen them ban lots of users for absolutely nothing.... I think when it gets to busy to read any comment properly they just go on a banning spree. Anyone who isn't adding "quality chat" risks getting muted.
If you want a bitcoin trollbox where anything goes... Try visiting CEX.io.. There's a lot of idiots there who just love caps and anything else you can throw at them.
