Good to hear some one is helped in a very quick fashion.

Their support wasn't always what it should be for such a large exchange.

Hope they will continue this level of support, makes a lot people happy.

Yes, they do speak English.

When I had my problem, I thought I was screwed.

I heard some horror stories and I was prepared for the worst.

Instead, it got fixed within a day. I am thankful.

BTC-E did some effort to improve their support service.  I had good experience with them one month ago.

Do they speak English yet?

I stupidly had 2 accounts, one with the wrong email add'y. I put my coin into the account

with the wrong email add'y, and could not withdraw. BTC-e walked me through the process

and a day later everything is fixed. I had to provide alot of info, but this is very understandable

for customer security.

Thank you BTC-e, you are about the only reliable thing in the BTC world besides blockchain.info
