From what I read, if I understood it right, they're asking for the last Btc-e code of your DEPOSIT - and you're providing a btc-e code of a withdrawal request rather than a deposit into their system!

Either ways, I do NOT disagree with you - I've been locked out for 3 weeks now due to my IP address and they totally ignore my messages on daily basis! At least you're getting their answers which is REALLY weird as this proves to me that they selectively answer some and ignore some!
