Yep it fails very often..
So this is really strange. I went through account recovery and got a new password, and there are BTC/NMC/other things in there that I never put there myself. I guess theres always the possibility that the first time I dabbled in BTC nearly a decade ago I stuck some stuff in there and forgot about it, but this doesn't really look line my stuff...

Got my forum help desk reply from someone in the Czech Republic. I did not understand a word, even when they replied in English! 
They are russians and the company is registered in Bulgaria. If you don't understand try using google translate.
Mtgox is another but now needs identity verify.
