Sorry to hear your loss.
How much have you lost, and how did you get the email of the hacker?  Huh

How did you confirm that was the hacker's email? Was the email on your account changed to that email you posted?

Sorry dude, but I think this is your own fault with weak securities on your machine. I would transfer everything from the wallet on your current computer, to a completely new wallet with new passcode. Then format the whole computer. Ditch your old email address as well.

Sometime ago BTC-e warned users to change passwords and enable 2-step authentication login for better security as there were hacking reports back then. You may still be able to see it in their blog.

Like bluefirecorp said, you have to be careful with the security of your pc.Always use good antivirus and keep them upto date. Also anti malware programs too.And don't download anything like new coin's wallet and other file from just any site. Those files could be trojan which logs your password, username while you access your accounts and you won't have a clue of that.

If you don't mind, can you tell us how many BTC was stolen from your account?

They could have adminitrative access to the database and edit your account email address or you don't know that they have access to your email.
They could quite literally send the coins from your account, and delete the account. Simple. Wouldn't even need to log in.

Then again, that leaves a rather large footprint.

I am surprised you have e-mail address and even more surprised the hacker uses Yahoo... I mean come on, of all e-mail services?
Yahoo is part of a big surveillance program, if you are American I am sure they would help you to track down wesevans31. Yahoo knows his IP, e-mail messages, contact list, interests, location etc. You could try to contact Yahoo support over Twitter or by other means
Tracking him down is the best chance you have in getting your bitcoins back.

That's what happens when you download random executable files and run them.

Next time, take the security of your computer more seriously.  Roll Eyes

But seriously, I'd do a virus scan to check for a virus on your machine bud.
