no need worry.

learn difference: btc-e master exchange where legitimate crypotucurrency like litecoin is traded.

poloniex: HAHA
Poloniex is also back now, they have fixed teh issue of DDOS successfully without any loss.

Poloniex = US company who is doing financial services.

Poloniex = NOT registered as money transmitter so it is an illegal company.

For reference, Coinbase is operating in Delaware, USA as well but this is their license  :  https://www.coinbase.com/static/licenses/delaware.pdf

BTC-e = registered... "where"?. However, almost any country(including UE) is requesting financial license if you operate with money/commodity(BTC), etc...

BTC-e = illegal company as well.

just for the record, BTC-e has been active since July 2011

Sure they re up. There was never any doubt they would be up. Not every exchange is Mt.Gox.

it was surely scary to see them go offline, but seeing their announcement was some relief.

why scary? there is NO information about this exchanger but you still use it. Smiley
that means you afford an eventual loss Smiley

BTC-E does not allow international wires in USD anymore?

Are they on this forum to reach them?

where is BTC-e registered? Who is the CEO? Where are their office(if it exists one)? Smiley

You can't find that information, because it's either fake, hidden or not exist Roll Eyes
But since BTC-e fee is high compared to other exchange, maybe that's reason they're not Mt. Gox.
Fees are higher than others hmmmm good reason to trust in them.
