They funded my account. Issue resolved

Did they ask you for your ID and a utility bill as proof? How did you get notified that the money was deposited, do they send an email/respond to the ticket you logged or did you just see the funds in your account?

I'm still waiting... deposited on 14 November. Wtf.

I had a similar problem. Two weeks - not accounted. One week more and two tickets - no answer.
Then I wrote a message in Russian using google Translator. Got answer in one day, the next the money got accounted.

So use google translator and try it in Russian.

Maybe the OP can try this.
Please report back if this works Tongue

Looks like they are pretty slow recently, perhaps due to the increased requests/demand and transfer they are out-of-schedule.
Contacting them through a ticket (perhaps in russian if you could like someone suggested here as they have more russian staff and customer base).

Submit a ticket to their help desk and wait, usually only takes 24-48 hours to hear back from them.

Hey,

Could anyone post on this thread quoting btc-e's account and asking them to have a look at ticket ID ZYU-685-38251 please?

I sent them a SEPA transfer of 1000 euros 6 days ago and haven't heard of them yet. It was received according to my bank.

Thanks guys!

Have you tried sending a support ticket directly to btc-e?

Yes, I'm also having issues. I transferred money using an International Wire Transfer on the 14th of November. After not getting much of a response from btc-e, I contacted "Mayzus Financial Services Limited" who seems to initially receive the funds and then transfer it into btc-e's account. They responded with "please, get in touch with your beneficiary. We do not have any unallocated payments on our side.". So in other words, they processed the money but btc-e has not funded the account yet.

I decided to close my initial ticket and I opened another one where I clearly provided info from my bank showing the SHIFT code, references, banks etc just so it's easy for them to understand and process.

Haven't heard anything back yet but will let you know when I've got an update. If I had known btc-e was such a headache to deal with I would've used MtGox (which I've transferred money to TWICE in the past with no problems whatsoever.. I know it's not quite the same trying to get money out of them though, but that's beside the point).
