Is that possible to withdraw USD from BTC-E to PayPal accout?
I saw on bitcoinwiki that PayPal is supported.

It is, not sure why people are saying it isnt. If you go to your finances, and hit the Withdraw button next to USD, you can withdraw to Paypal. There is a 6% fee however and a minimum transaction amount ($250). In the field that says "Purse" you enter your Paypal Email address, and they send the $.

I've gone that route before, and the first time to withdraw, it takes like 12 hours, although I believe BTC-E says that you may have to wait for 24 hours. After your first withdraw, it goes a bit faster. Something about them making sure you aren't on a Paypal blacklist.

Just had a look, most of the PayPal type of withdrawal is min$500 USD

Checkout this page : https://www.okpay.com/en/catalog/exchangers

You'll be required to pay additional fees for OKPAy to Paypal around 9%

Thanks SaltySpitoon. I will try this as soon as possible.
The btc support told me there are no problem with PayPal.
The only thing i'm not sure is that i will be able to use the money after 24h. PayPal requires to hold money for a 45 days in the case of chargeback.
