I received this today, be carefull, such kind of mail don't come from BTC-e

this is the usual ticket from BTC-e they always write. another thing that the deposit can not get (I have been a long time since a year ago - maybe now they work better, but I take off do not work)

Isn't btc-e a legit website till now? So how come this is phishing? I guess its their own email address because it has btc-e.com in the end. Am I missing something?
