Thanks for the article. Frankly, on their part, it's unprofessional to hide behind a ''oh we're so busy'' mindset. They deal with a huge lot of money (that belongs to other people), they ought to be much more reliable.

I will enlighten you to 2 things:

Read the entire article, it's not long at all.
1- http://www.coindesk.com/btc-e-exchange-banking-issues/

2- The mod will either delete your post or move it since you're raising questions about an exchange. The entire Bitcoin/Litecoin market/exchanges has become a circle-jerk. Any questions regarding an exchange's credibility is met with swift censorship --- you dare not question anyone/anything that pays the bills here or may raise a concern that might bring suspicion upon an entity that may result in decreasing the value of Bitcoin/Litecoin.

I had sent funds to my account through PerfectMoney without problem. But one month ago, I sent funds to my account through international wire transfer. I filled in the comments fields just as stated on the site. I have sent their support multiple tickets, but received no answer. I have sent them my SWIFT details along with a proof of address (even though they did not ask for it). I am currently on their site, asking for support to help with my issues, but no answer. It is getting to a point where it's completely frustrating and I'm beginning to think something's fishy. I'm hoping that this site isn't a scam, since the funds i sent are very important to me.
Can someone enlighten me on this issue?
