if the fee are 5% it is not so expensive...
lamassu ATM have 6% fee...
maybe the problem is the minimum withdrawal..

never heard about this... but i hope it will be reality soon!!!
BTC-E news and blogs mention withdraw USD to mastercard/visa option, but for the life of me I can not see it
