Sorted Wink

It is frustrating when you have coins tied up in an exchange, happened to me a few times time. Glad everything worked out well.

Do you not get emails notifying you of incoming/outgoing payments? I know coinbase send them out. You need to remember the last transactions because anybody could do this to try and gain access to accounts. 2FA is not looking too safe right now.

BTC-E is slow with processing support tickets, but they are not scammers.

I'm sure you will get it back, but it can take a while.

Thanks you. But 3 days , no respon. Embarrassed

Back up your QR code right now for those who haven't done it yet.

It will only be shown once, IIRC.

It looks like you are not giving enough information, so I do not blame them so far for there actions.

That really sucks dude, wouldn't say BTC-e is a scam though. They're one of the most established exchanges in crypto, fingers crossed you'll get btc back.

Maybe ask them if they can verify your ID in another way?

Next time you should keep a backup of your authenticator details.  Wink

Also you probably shouldn't post all the details about your account here, perhaps you should edit them out?
