I have a similar effect on my android phone with the default browser and opera. No way to chat with the phone...

no, i've just turned off automatic looking at the version number every 10 minutes. my chrome is indeed 24.x
i type a message in the box,
then when i hit enter, i get a little 'loading' type gif over on the right-hand side of the box for a second.
then that loading gif turns into
for a split second then the whole lot dissapears and message doesn't make it into the chat window.

can someone tell me what's up... whenever i type anything into the btc-e.com chat window it does a loading.gif and then just doesn't send my message.
