Bought some coins after sending USD via Intl. Wire transfer.
To get the coins out they need identity verification.
Do you know how long it takes them typically to verify, it's been already 4 days after I've sent the required doc's but no information so far.

I am wondering who else has had issues with BTC-e.com's international wire transfer.

I transferred over $2,000 USD from a US bank on 11/18/13. It was confirmed as received on 11/20/13.

Today is 11/27 and I still have no money on my account. The ticket is not receiving any response.

Meanwhile, LTC and NMC, the two coins I wanted to invest in, have shot to the moon. I lost out on many thousands in earnings.

Anyone else have problems with BTC-e.com?

And don't try and tell me that they don't accept money from US banks. That was not present on the website when I initiated it.

BTC-e has some issues sometimes, but usualy it all ends well.

I heard a few people also had problems withdrawing litecoin a few days ago, support wasn't answer and/or was sluggish.  I suggest you contact support immediately, but there is nothing else to do other than wait for a response.

Sorry you have given them your money.

read this thread, for just one:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=40889.1360

when you reach the point where you think you should *DO* something,
consider entering your loss calculation here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=33012

which may or may not have any effect. but what can you do?

also consider requesting a wire trace with your bank as I have done.

BTC-e is a scam. Look back through time, figure out that they have done this before,
that we got taken and do what you can to keep others from sending them new money.
There is a reason they are the lowest on the web - they are subsidizing those rates
with your money.

Keep hassling them, I imagine they've been flooded with incoming transfers but a week should be more than enough. It's a shame the international side of these currencies hasn't evolved yet.
