Can you post a screen shot showing that you have that much in your wallet?
I tend not believe newbie accounts that they saw that have that much when in fact they don't. Embarrassed
screen shoot can be easily photoshoped, if you want to be sure, insist sign message from address where stored BTC.
In any case use escrow service.
Ah yes did not realize that they can photoshop them quite easily.
Signed message is the more secure way to do this sort of transaction.
