Yep, checkout the post I linked...I gave a step by step breakdown...just BTC0.01 will do, convert to USD, then purchase Ripple and send to your ripple receive address in your wallet to allow your account to start issuing Trust.  Follow the rest of my guide to get a gateway opened and start trading on the orderbook like you would at BTC-e and the like.

(In case the price changes you need approx 62.5 XRP to grant trust - 50 to start plus 12.5 per trusted node, I am posting when 1usd will get you roughly 100 XRP)

i just tried to transfer some btc from bitstamp to ripple but id doesnt work since it seems like i need to trust bitstamp and for trusting them i need 300xrp.

ripple support says i should contact bitstamp and they are not answering... anyone knows how i get my btc from bitstamp into my ripple wallet ?

You only need 12.5 to trust them, but you also need 50 xrp to activate your wallet in the first place. and 12.5 xrp for each thing you do (set a new trust line, set a trade on the order book, etc)
