You can buy more than 1 ticket to increase your chance cost .1 per ticket.

This is not a scam/Ponzi scheme. It is a lottery for btc and I will not be running away with your bitcoin. the way this works is 10 people or less if someone buys more than 1 ticket will be in a pool I will write there names on paper and put it in a plastic tub and will video the drawing for proof and will give the link for the video in the OP.
