What version of Armory do you have? Where did you download it from?
What version of Bitcoin Core do you have installed? Is it fully synced?

Does Armory say "Connected" in green text in the bottom right corner of the main Armory window, and is the number of blocks shown greater than or equal to: 571130?

If you don't see this text in green... your Armory is NOT online.

So with the help of a tutorial I got my armory online yesterday.

Somehow I have my doubts. What makes you think Armory is online?

I checked the receiving address with my wallet and they are different. Which is odd because I never changed my wallet. I only copied the "receive bitcoins" adress once.
What are my options to retrack my wallet?

If you have no idea whose btc address that is, then I am sorry to say but looks like your device might have gotten infected or you got the counterfiet wallet. And there is no way to get it back unless the owner of that address sends it back to you.  Sad

How about your old wallet? Did you check if the BTC address matches the on your old wallet? And check the other wallet addresses you have in armor wallet if it supports on having multiple addresses.

1. Did you re-check your new wallet and compared the addresses? (I'm guessing you did. Of course!)
2. Did you try to re-install the wallet and input back with the new private key/mnemonic phrase? Sometimes the application does not update your balance.
3. Have you tried reaching a support? I'm not familiar with Armor Wallet but a support is actually your last option there.
4. Looking at your funds, it doesn't seem to be stolen or anything as long as the BTC address you sent it is the same as shown on your new wallet.
5. Worst case scenario: You downloaded a counterfeit wallet that looks exactly the same. Try rechecking if you have the correct version and right application.
6. You got some virus, malware or something similar that changes BTC address whenever you copy and paste. Hope not!

Hey guys,

A while back I made a deposit from an old wallet to a new wallet in the armor application. I used the receiving adress that was shown in the armor application.
So with the help of a tutorial I got my armory online yesterday. But I noticed I didnt receive my BTC sadly...

This is information about the trade. Is there any way to restore my btc?
