This biggest barricade to this would be people getting their bitcoins then charging back orders. Credit card companies/banks/gateways etc are very generous with customer charge backs, it can be challenging to beat fraudulent charge backs when you have a clear shipment and delivery of a product (not impossible). With something like a bitcoin (and other digital goods), there is nearly no chance you'd win and anyone who does a chargeback would get a refund. To a scammer, it could be a perfect way to get funds from stolen card numbers as well.
That said, I've considered accepting payments via Credit Card and physically shipping a wallet.dat on a CD file to a customer's billing address- that way I have proof of delivery and a signature, would help limit this type of fraud.

I've long ago dismissed easily reversible methods as a viable business for any bitcoin seller, like VISA and Mastercard.

I am using stripe to accept credit card payments on my site. It accepts the four major cards and is backed by y-combinator.
wemaxtrading.nl seems to accept both paypal and visa for bitcoin purchases. I haven't tested it though, so don't know if it's legit.
Its mandatory to register an account first. I made it to the checkout and saw that there was a VISA payment option. If anyone's bold enough to try it, report back in this thread.

Does anybody have experience in setting up an online store accepting credit cards and not just paypal, giving paypal's adversity to digital cryptographic key rights called BTC? ( see http://coincard.ndrix.com/ ). A credit card transaction should not be charged back if you are sure it is the rightful owner of the card transacting, buying the digital cryptographic key rights - as you will be able to prove delivery to the BTC address provided by the customer by pointing it out on the blockchain history, and doing your ip logging and all that.
