Thanks for everyone help and support. It was a syncing issue on the other end and has been resolved. I hope this information assist others who had the same issues. Much appreciated and thanks for all the responses.

Places like this reminds me of the first time I was here It was wild and full of activities that can really get you confused but relax and take it easy you will be fine I think most transaction of the blockchain and take a little to reflect on the other side

This transaction was successful.

I did another transaction roughly 30mins after which is transaction ID: cb6b3866e1de1f393a434a469a1029a752f71690f172fb9d30e780903324403a which hasn't been received.
So now have you see the amount of bitcoin in your wallet or account? The amount you sent with this hash: cb6b3866e1de1f393a434a469a1029a752f71690f172fb9d30e780903324403a

I asked this question because I found another transaction to the same address, and it is the newest one that was sent around 2 hours after that transaction you got trouble.

That one was confirmed too.

I doubt that if you are the sender, why did you take risk to send another amount if the problem is not solved yet?

If you got that trouble with account on third party platform, you need to contact their support as sometimes system will fail to credit balance to your account. It can be from the platform you are using or from a third party provider for that platform. Anyway, only solution: contact support.

The possible solution there is to  contact the app support so that they can see what is the issue on why your balance still missing even if its confirmed already, provably the other user is right since maybe there are glitch happened that's why you didn't receive the balance sent on other wallet.

I experience this issue before but in different app wallet so I reach out to their support and they solve it immediately.

It will be good to provide us these information

1. Are you the owner of the recipient address?
2. If you can tell us the wallet you are using? Hope not an exchange?
3. Is the recipient wallet synchronizing with the blockchain?

Possible solutions
1. If the owner of the recipient address is not you, the owner can be lying to you, probably scamming you and want you to send more until you realize you have been scammed.

2. It can be a stupid wallet you are using, you can download a better wallet, I will recommend you to download electrum wallet from electrum.org, import your seed phrase into the electrum wallet, check your balance to know if the funds has been sent.

3. If you sent it to an exchange, it can occur like that, you will need to contact the customer care of the exchange, if it is a legit exchange, they will solve it for you and you will see your bitcoin appear on you exchange balance after providing them some proof that the transaction is actually from you.

Be careful of your seed phrase and private key, do not disclose it to anyone but to you alone.

OP, I guess the recipient also using the electrum wallet and its been said that the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain so ask the recipient to check again and it will be there for sure if still not then he is using the outdated version of electrum so there will be issues with server sync.

And also ask him to check whether there is green circle or red circle on the bottom left corner of the wallet, green means the server connected and if it is red then its not connected.

I think the problem is probably not due to the update, you may have sent BTC to the wrong address.

It might be the address has glitch, not synced, or the receipt is trying to scam OP (if it's different person)

probably by now, you have already received your bitcoin, with the tx you provided it's already been confirmed, maybe you have just experienced a delay since yesterday I'm sure there are lots of transactions that are being processed, it happens sometimes since bitcoin goes down yesterday maybe there are lots of transaction from people who want are convert their bitcoin maybe to usd.

If it's the same address, how come you didn't receive the old transactions, as far as I see, no unconfirmed transaction is listed in that address. Is your electrum wallet updated? maybe it needs to be updated.

The way you phrase it, makes me think you've sent this to an address which you don't control, and the person that does is claiming it hasn't been received. If you can double check the address, and as long as its correct then you can be certain that it has indeed been received.

Otherwise, its almost certain a syncing issue if the address is correct. Depending on the wallet software of this address, it can be solved fairly easy by importing into a lightweight client (such as where you sent it from Electrum)

Is the other end using an exchange address? if that's so, he has to contact that exchange that the transaction has been confirmed already.

It happens sometimes that there's a late reflection of the balance even though the payment has been done and tx has been confirmed.

The transaction has been confirmed already, you pasted the txid but it will be good if you can share us the address you sent it to, I mean the receipt recipient address. Likely you sent it to the wrong address. Make sure the address correspond to the one on the blockchain which is pasted below.

If the recepient address is not corresponding to the one pasted here which is the address you sent it to, that means you sent the bitcoin to a wrong address.

According to the tx id, the address has received the BTC and tx was confirmed. Which wallet the receiver is using, by the way? It’s possible that the wallet isn’t synced yet.

Hi guys, first time ever using electrum. Ive made a btc purchase and directed my btc onto the Android app, the btc went instantly onto my wallet. I then sent the btc from electrum to another btc address, it shows the transaction has been processed and confirmed with a tick and status 61 confirmations however it hasn't been received on the other end. Any assistance. Thanks guys really appreciate it. It might be a silly question and im Sorry.
