I have the same problem with the users that are just jumping and say that a website is a scam! The op is right. Everything is transparent. This is his game model. You decide if you want to join or not following this model. But jumping and calling everybody a scammer for a well described process is not fair! If you win is ok. If you lose all becomes a scam. Why? Why are you not blaming any casino or dice site for being a scam? Read the terms and decide if it is ok for you or not, if you like it or not but please don't make fast posts and call everything a scam!

Hello! Smiley

Sorry for the delay but I've been absorbed with my regulard job.

After long delay I've rewritten the code and started new round.

Whats new?
- round is auto-finished
- last payout is 200% (as long as wallet balance allows it)
- if there is something left after the last 200% payout I will take 10% of what is left and 90% will be returned to contributors (starting from the last)
- next round is auto started after previous
- you can view previous rounds (http://fairponzi.com/{round_number})
- you can view raw transactions from wallet if You think I'm cheating on You: (http://fairponzi.com/1/transactions)
- some more details are shown on the stats page

Everything else stays unchanged.

My fees are 2% of each payout.

So long I've not made any profit on it but it was good programing experience Wink

If there will be low interest then I'll shutdown the site and release code to public.

Want to play? http://www.fairponzi.com

Sorry to say that but about last deposits something broke in the script and about the BTC's:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DT7bX-B1Mg

Or... just kiddin Smiley

There is the payout tx for last depositer:
c19c1b7273f46f4a36f0464d6eb5547362879b9e5365829d49eb59f7f7cf7a75

Sorry for the delay yesterday was to nice weather to not go out and see the real world Smiley

For next round I will be rewriting a little the code to make the last payout(s) automatic, make it possible to view previous round history and also to make the next round auto start. For now no second round.

Also the poll for next round is still up:
http://freeonlinesurveys.com/s.asp?sid=kfq55tc33sbwnfs450159
got only 4 votes until now Sad

survey filled in.

small change to the explanation on the site

If noone deposists BTC for more than 48 hours then the round will be finished.

should read

If last payout is 48 hours old then the round will be finished.

Ok I will change it later. Anyways it's stated on the top of site in the Changes section.
I've changed the max deposit to 0.1 as sugested - total forgotten about that.

Nope add target="_blank" to the transaction link like so

it looks good. Spending your fees for the last payout seems a bit excessive.

Okej made few changes:
- Payouts back to automatic mode
- Last person gets whatever is left in the wallet balance
- If wallet balance is less then 200% of last deposit my fees will be used to fill it up (this only for first round)
- Round ends if no payout realised for 48 hours

Tomorow I will proppably lower the max deposit to 0.1 BTC. It does not make much difference because noone deposits this much Smiley

@wdl1908 Also added link for viewing transaction details in new window. This is what You meant?

Rest will be done another time because I'm totaly worn out after my real job (yeah I do something else for living then creating evil ponzi sites Smiley)

Most website considers transaction final after 1 confirmation and even unconfirmed transaction for small amout!
Roll Eyes
And this is not safe. It makes double spending attack easier but making an attack at such site as ponzi would be to much effort compared to profit.

From what I know from the bitcoin protocol if a transaction is confirmed one time it's confirmed forever.
This is not entirely true. If orphant block shows up transactions will be reverted. Im not sure what happens then: are transactions resubmited by clients or just stay orphant. This could break up the btc flow in script and that is what I'm affraid of.

After reading up on it a bit I agree 2 is the absolute minimum.

I can be wrong but there is something strange there...
Shouldnt Id´s 6 and 7 already be paid?
 Huh
Nope. Current wallet balance is 0.002717 You can calculate total deposits - total payouts - fees - tx fees to see that everything is right.
Last payout was pretty high (compared to deposits after it) that's what makes it look unnatural. But everything seems OK.
Correct me if You see any misscalculation.

@rnmss I want to make it clear how it works. I don't intend to steal from people Smiley Well anyway if this does not speed up I'm not sure if I am gonna lunch event second round.

crazy people who joins ponzi depends on other crazy people joining to make profit
this is reaaally clever, all the crazy ones will come aboard until there's no one outside

Which means players can abuse the counter. E.g send a few satoshi (w/e the min limit is) just to stop the counter - essentially grief playing.

Yes indeed but if the timer is placed on the payouts it can't happen. This also means auto payments are needed.
Ok I will proppably change the 48 hour to be related to last payout and enable the automatic payouts.

The referral payout vs tx fee problem is in fact my total failure. IDK why I didn't think about it. Will be fixing it soon.

Also I will be proppably adding soon poll on site to let You decide the rules of second round (payout percent, round length, referral payout percent what to do with the cash left at the end of round, etc.) .

A small site design improvement.

When clicking on a transaction please let it open in a new window/tab --> target="_blank"
I will proppably add both options there. Something like:

vv >>

Where vv shows it under transaction and >> opens in new window.

Nice to see you are open too feedback.

I think the upper limit of 0.5 is too high make it around something like 0.1 for the rest I like the setup. I hope this runs a long time. All the other ponzi's i've played are very short lived or turned into scams at the end.

Anyway with clear rules it's better than a dice game or one of those casinos where they can tweak the algo without anyone knowing about it.

There is a problem with the site when using firefox.

I can't copy the deposit address.

If the input field is disabled then firefox can't access the data that is in that field.

This is firefox under linux.

The tx fee on site is total transactions fee of all transactions the tx fee size is decided by the BTC client itself to ensure payouts will go smothly.

Yeah saw that later on when more transactions where paid.

I've lowered required confirmations to 2. This makes extra 10 minutes (this is the BTC block time). I will research more deeply into it and decide if lowering it to 1 confirmation would be wise decision. It's an safety metter.

From what I know from the bitcoin protocol if a transaction is confirmed one time it's confirmed forever.

I am considering unlocking wallet for instant payouts. Any more investors want instant payouts in exchange for lower security (I'm not saying wallet will be fully exposed but it will in fact be less secure)?
Your idea of replacing the 200% payouts seems interesting I will consider it and decide tomorow/after tomorow.

- If there is no deposit within 48 hours instead of paying 200% pay out the wallet balance to the last deposit.

I'm not sure the 48 hour rule is going to work.

Not if it's applied to the deposits. What if you apply the 48 rule to the payout time?
It would be easy to change but could You please explain me why should it be better? This would shorten the round few hours but nothing more.

The reason behind is this.

If someone sees that the 48 hours are almost up he can send a small deposit that is not high enough to trigger a payout.. Then the 48 hours starts again so this can go forever.

If on the other hand the 48 hours start to count from the last payout it does not matter how many small deposits come in that trigger no payout. When the last payout is 48 hours old then you start paying 200% from the last deposit made to the second to last etc until the wallet is empty.

By the way try to combine referrer payouts. A transaction fee of 0.0001 on a payout of 0.000055 is rather wasteful.

This looks very promising.

All elements are there.

- Total deposits
- Total Payouts
- Total fees
- Total wallet balance so users can check how much is missing for the next deposit.

A number of changes to consider.
- Lower the transaction fee to 0.0001 (blockchain records it as 0.0001 but site says 0.001)
- Lower the confirmations count to 1
- If there is no deposit within 48 hours instead of paying 200% pay out the wallet balance to the last deposit.
- Enable automatic payouts

- If there is no deposit within 48 hours instead of paying 200% pay out the wallet balance to the last deposit.

I'm not sure the 48 hour rule is going to work.

Not if it's applied to the deposits. What if you apply the 48 rule to the payout time?

This looks very promising.

All elements are there.

- Total deposits
- Total Payouts
- Total fees
- Total wallet balance so users can check how much is missing for the next deposit.

A number of changes to consider.
- Lower the transaction fee to 0.0001 (blockchain records it as 0.0001 but site says 0.001)
- Lower the confirmations count to 1
- If there is no deposit within 48 hours instead of paying 200% pay out the wallet balance to the last deposit.
- Enable automatic payouts

There is a problem with the site when using firefox.

I can't copy the deposit address.

If the input field is disabled then firefox can't access the data that is in that field.

This is firefox under linux.

be aware that ponzis are scams. they may payout once but remember 1 out of 10 people profit and most of the time the ponzi owner will take people funds and run. be careful guys and gamble in a casino
Gambling in casino's is a risk too..! I'll suggest to keep your btc in your wallet Tongue that is a kind of gamble too... 1btc=560$ today next month it may rise to 600-700$ or maybe 400-500$ :p but investing in ponzis is not recommended..! except if i come up with one :p
If You do so get ready for being called thieft few times a day Cheesy (Yet with time passing it gets more calm)
If my ponzi does not speed up then I will be closing it after second round and publishing code so You will be able to do the ponzi without much effort Smiley

Putting that aside I've added some more informations on the page. Feel free to tell me if You are missing something.

The round was so popular that I've paid 2nd last deposit with 110% which i should not do. // yeah this is sarcasm but I paid anyway Smiley

And what will happen when people will stop to deposit?
As stated on site:
Code:
If noone deposists BTC for more than 48 hours then the round will be finished. Please note that this is the "game" part because if You are at the dark end and You are not the last person to deposit You will not receive back Your investement. That said didn't You already make good profit when the round was still alive? :)
If not then I'm sorry for You but this is game.
This is open ponzi scheme. You should know how it works and what You are risking.

ps. New payouts just went out Smiley

semi-automatic pay increases security, but decreases the excitement of the game  Shocked.

i am really andrevn (really a new and real user) and have registered to follow markets.cx disappear trick Sad

said dangerous because some authorities consider ponzi as something illegal.

Sorry if i had explained myself wrong...

that is really a funny game. Go on! Congrats!
No offence to You at all I get It. Thanks!:)

I've came by to state that I've switched to half-automated payouts.
Few times a day I am checking the ponzi status and unlocking wallet for about 60 seconds to let the system do automatic payouts.
This is for better safety. So now payouts are realised once a 1-2 hours excluding time when I sleep.
If this is issue for You then please tell me. If at least few person want instant payouts then I will do it different way (but less secure).
I am also planning to add informations about current wallet balance and my fees/tx fees so You can see whole btc workflow.

Some people on the forums keep kind of war with others... I don't get it.
Just do something to make Your game better istead of screaming at Your competitors...
They even create new accounts to write "Funny, but dangerous" so it looks strange and so liked by them "scam".

@andrevn If You didn't want harm then sorry but I think You are either @RiverBoatBTC or @mem Smiley

Ponzi is not a viable way of making money.
Everyone should know that and stop investing there.

Nothing personal.

Hello,
I would like to introduce You my last creation:
http://btc.fairponzi.com

This is transparent ponzi scheme site (transactions visible on http://btc.fairponzi.com/stats). Treat it as game.
Payouts are automatic 110% + 1% of each referral payout (as long as You make at least one deposit).
More details on site.

I know I won't get much of Your trust (nor I have a long living company or am I good known on the forums) so it is up to You if You decide to play.
I can only assure You that I wont steal ur coins! Smiley
Server is protected with 2 factor auth and one more alghoritm which I will not reveal.
Db backed up automaticly once a hour (yeah I should've done an replication... but everything can be obtained from blockchain if anything happens).

There is also an FCKbanksCoin ponzi on address fck.fairponzi.com if You prefer it.

Want anything changed/added? I'm open for sugestions! Smiley

So if You are interested: Good luck and don't be one of the last! (or be the last because last one gets 200% as long as I can cover it with fees - everything transparent) Smiley
