HI,

I just started to check my Google Wallet checkout information and received their address.
I did not find the address anywhere else, so I thought I post it:

btcQuick

Still looking for their FAX number. Anyone have it?

Hello,

I am still waiting for my account at btcQuick to get verified.
You might want to have a look at this thread from the bitcointalk forum:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.3661686

Charging me $2 for a manual verification and ignoring me/my request afterwards is FRAUD!

When my account is not verified/activated by 11/26/2013 12:00 UTC I will start further actions
against btcQuick.

Btw.: You are really pissing off your shareholders (I am one as well!) by this!

I had a similar experience and am waiting to be verified too. My personal opinion is, if this is the effective way they prevent from fraud, I would like to accept the fact since it will bring stable dividends for me.

Also, they never said how long does the verification takes.

But I also just try to get my normal user account verified on btcQuick. I don't fit into the
normal automatic (address) verification systems provided. I am from Germany.
So I had to use the manual verification. They charge $1.99 for that service - request an ID card +
CC scan. I provided them with the info and now I am waiting for more than 2 weeks for my
account to get verified.

I think I will send them a fax today and request feedback (confirmation or if they have problems
with my data, an info how we can solve this). and if they do not come up with a solution, will
start a credit card complaint!

Does anyone have the fax number of btcQuick and their full address?

I'm a little bit frustrated by their long-time verification process too, however, if I'm the operator of BTCquick, I don't want to enlarge the customer base since it only brings risks of fraud. With the customers they already have they can do pretty well with their limited stock of Bitcoins.

This is unacceptable as you charged me $2 for the manual verification process!
Charging me this fee and just ignoring me / my request is fraud. Do you really want to get problems?

I applied for a "Gerichtlicher Mahnbescheid" (default summons) in another dispute with a German guy who refused
to issue a promised refund on a group buy.

Don't worry though guys,  btcQuick will have bitcoins available again on 11/13/2013, according to their very trustworthy website.

This seems to be the biggest problem BTCquick need to solve, their stock cannot even fulfill the current customers' demand.

Hi,

I just bought some more shares and I am close to 100k shares.
I am also open for cash (fiat) or BTC investments to help out the financial problems.
btcQuick just has to come up with a reasonable proposal - I am sure they can collect
money from some if the current shreholders and forum users.

I still believe in this company.

Seems like they need capital to service increasing demand. If this is the case why he doesn't let shareholders know is beyond me they could actually help out. My guess is he doesn't want to sell his shares at the recent trading prices to gain capital so instead is trying to muddle his way through and in doing so pissing off his shareholders and customers a like.

I hold 200,000 shares and am seriously frustrated at trying to get any answers from the CEO.

I am a holder of over 300,000 shares of BTC Quick.  I think its time for the shareholders to group together and start demanding more clarity on many issues.   Jerrod needs to start responding to us and acting in a timely manner.

First off, we need to see a google doc with monthly financials showing revenue, expenses and a balance sheet.

Secondly, we need to either convert to direct shares immediately or list our stock on the Pink Sheets or OTC (priced in USD).

Third, we need an update about the legal issues BTC Quick is facing as they might need to apply as a money transmitter with FINCEN.

Jerrod, communication is key, keep us informed.

I am willing to help in any way.  I have many financial connections in New York City and business owner experience.

I agree with you, and I have more than 30,0000 shares as well. They have problem now, as they always sell out all bitcoins. I think this may because hacked bitcoins and fast raising price.

Lots of shareholders would like to help the company, but we need to know their real situation.

He seems to be making more of an effort lately but there are still holes which need to be filled before a dam breaks and the legal tide destroys the business.

Hopefully he is willing to involve more staff to further the business and disclose more information as what has been happening and what to do about it in the future.

People are willing to help in the bitcoinsphere, issuers and business owners will be wise to use this to their advantage.

Seconded. We are more than happy to help. What is the cause of delay on these items?

Crypto-trade is an option to list now as well.
