Ability to receive transactions from native SegWit address depends on whether or not your wallet supports SegWit.
No, it doesn't. The Bitcoin Protocol allows for ANY address to be able to receive coins from ANY address.

I think perhaps you're confusing the case where a "broken" custodial wallet (typically exchanges, web wallets and gambling sites) doesn't support sending coins out to a Native SegWit address as it doesn't recognise it as a valid address and flags it as "invalid"... but there is no technical reason as to why this should be. It's just lazy developers.

In any case, as the OP was attempting to receive coins to a Legacy address, and the transactions were displaying on the blockexplorer, it would have been unrelated to the types of addresses being used.

Can I conclude that Mycelium is getting worse these days?

There are not many alternatives. I used to use Samourai but recently I have decided to switch to Blocksteam Green wallet. The former has some basic coin control while the latter displays balance in fiat. Check out these two wallets and choose the one that suits your needs.

You never believe....

After switching the blockexplorer in the Mycelium app for the 100th time, now it shows the transaction en balance (on the old phone!)

This is not an app I can trust anymore...

I think, you said it:

I think the problem is with mycelium. Just change your wallet software for some that supports full segwit. Electrum, coinomi, samourai wallet..

Well, for now problem seems solved.

Thanks for the great advice you all!

I do not use a passphrase (or pin) for mycelium, never had. (If I lose my phone, you're lucky)

I did make a 12 word seed, used it in the new Mycelium app.
Shows all my transaction, but says 0 BTC

The derivation path thing is new for me, reading right now, still not fully get it:

If you have the 12 word seed you are fine.
Just insert them in Electrum (I already have a seed) and you will be fine.

You can also use derivation path bip49 in iancoleman tool

and the strange thing is, importing this seed to a new mycelium -does- show the transaction, but total balance is zero?

I can see the transaction on many explorers.

But, why does my old(er) smartphone with the Mycelium app I use for over 3,5 years NOT show
this transaction and balance?

https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/147BoN5GqbsjaLkPbaxqWaQKA99Sqx3TGM shows the new transaction, but it also shows an outgoing transaction from that address just 6 days ago. Don't rely on just an online block explorer.
Mycelium sometimes has a hard time synchronizing, but mine works fine at the moment.

If you're sure you have the right seed, you can always use https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ (offline!!) to get the private key. I've used it before with a Mycelium seed.

Mycelium stores the PIN clear-text on the device, and it's too short to prevent against brute-forcing anyway.

This adress if from early 2016 and I still use this adress. (2016 means no Segwit activation)

It doesn't matter when your address was generated. Ability to receive transactions from native SegWit address depends on whether or not your wallet supports SegWit (explained here). Did you set up a passhrase for your wallet? Your coins are now on 147BoN5GqbsjaLkPbaxqWaQKA99Sqx3TGM. Try importing your seed into Electrum on your PC. Does new Mycelium app allow you to choose derivation path?

A friend of my did send 0,1 BTC from his Coinbase account tot my Mycelium adress. ( 147BoN5GqbsjaLkPbaxqWaQKA99Sqx3TGM )

And I do not receive the BTC...

It seems Coinbase uses a bc1 (segwit) adress and he did send the BTC to my (old) Legacy adress.
This adress if from early 2016 and I still use this adress. (2016 means no Segwit activation)

Imported the seed into a new Mycelium app, and now ALL my BTC are gone!

What can I do?
How is it possible that my friend uses my legacy adress, but it shows up like a complete other adress?

https://chain.so/address/BTC/147BoN5GqbsjaLkPbaxqWaQKA99Sqx3TGM

and now says this bc1 adress:

https://chain.so/address/BTC/bc1qwgl7tqm5kgqpkskutnvvhrlgpsmw706l504qkj

How can I retrieve the BTC?

ps. Marvelous and Wonderfull how fucked up BTC today works, instead of the flawless way of transacting before the hole SegWit shithole ...
