Not sure about BTC, but for a lot of the altcoins I have sent, it seems like they need 100+ confirmations

stocks.exchange is very slow in my experience... it usually takes a LONG time (hours) for the coins to show up

I sent some btc from poloniex to stocks.exchange, transaction is confirmed, but can't see it on my wallet on the last site. This is the txid:
