contact support? You should also have a code that allows you to check the transaction on the way. Did you try that? The "dont use this unless something is wrong" code

My statement says that the coins have been sent and the balance of my wallet has been adjusted.
However, the coins have not arrived at their destination.
I am a newbie to this and have done some research online. It seems that shared coin has had some issues in the past with "stuck" coins.
I am wondering whether if I restore from a back up file whether this will "refresh" the transaction?
