Trying to get bitcoins from my Visa debit card.

Virwox.com should be fine , I'm not sure about the fees though I know that virwox have high fees but now not sure how much exactly .
Virwox.com is a legit website with a high fees but it seems they only accepts paypal funds and not credit/debit cards.
You can also use debit card when checking out with paypal you know.

Between 15 - 20%. Their fees are humongous. Also, you will wait for 48h so that your bitcoins get released after your first purchase. This is their security measure. And they have their customer levels which allow you to buy just a certain amount daily, monthly, etc.

I don't recommend Virwox. I would use them only if there is no other option.

i will suggest you try btc-e.com, though their bitcoin price is lower than others but you can fund your account with your credit/debit cards.

Coinbase accepts US bank transfers and credit cards, but not debit cards if you live in the US. I tried and they rejected it. I'm pretty sure in some counties outside the US they take debit cards.

Coinbase doesn't allow debit card, I have already tried. I will try circle though, thanks.

They do, but depends where you live. In 28 countries you can. I live in France and my limit was 40 euros and now is 500 euros.

Circle will work for sure in the US, if you are out of US it might work depending on your card.

Also try coincorner.com. This is a new service. My limit there was 300 euros per week. Check their reviews, they are legit.
