Why? Because currently available funding sources don't look favorably on radical research projects, such as, *water research*, any type of biohealing, natural ways etc.
Currently hot: Professor Gerald Pollack at the University of Washington has recently discovered 4th phase of water via nonetheless but proper scientific method and without dedicated funding for it. Evidence suggest that water in this phase is critical for cellular function! (99% of our cells are water cells. This is by count, not by volume or mass.)
To continue this research Dr. Garald Pollack is trying to raise funds through Indiegogo.com, a global platform for crowd funding.
Please take a look at Dr. Gerald Pollack's short campaign video. It explains water research vision and rationale for the next wave of studies. These studies will objectively test various waters for their ability to reverse pathologies including cancer, diabetes, and several other devastating diseases.
