There are going to be fees everywhere you go.  You might want to think about a wallet which allows you to make those transfers for low fees.  I personally use coinbase.  Their fees are reasonable.  When I am trading, I also use Yobit to make the conversion then transfer it to another exchange to deal with a coin that Yobit does not cover.  Good luck with what you do and I hope this helped.

I'm sorry for revamping the old thread but I was unable to respond earlier. Are the fees on coinbase based on % of the amount of is it fixed?

Friend of mine suggested me to use payoneer instead of skrill, but the biggest problem is the echanging btc to usd/eur since a lot of website services are charging higher fees and people arent that much interested in buying low amounts of btc. So, is there any/best way to exhange btc to usd/eur and transfer the money on payoneer? Thanks.
