One payment reached the trade account it was sent to, the other one was suposed to go to Litebit.eu, but they had canceled the order longtime ago. I cannot find these BTC anywhere

I am new in the cryptoworld and tried to send a certain amount of BTC to two different adresses. Both with around 115 sats per byte (Priority option in blockchain).
It is almost 48 hours later and still 0 confirmations.
Is it possible to accelerate this transaction? The TXid's are:
