Gyft will allow you to use them for American Airlines, Delta, and Southwest.  They also have cards for Hotels.com, but I'm not sure if they will work for the packages that include flights.

If you want to use Bitcoin without conversion, CheapAir will allow you to book with BTC, LTC, and Doge.

Make a new search with closer cities or other dates.
Some routes are active in the peak season.
when trying to book for thailand for 1st march.

Never tried them but i think cheapair is out there for few times with similar service, you can check them.

So I've been wanting to go to washington with my family for a while now and have been looking for airplane services that will let me pay in bitcoin
