Try rebroacasting the transaction.   You can grab the raw transaction from blockchain.info (add "?format=hex" to the end of the url) and submit it through a few sites listed here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/guide-broadcast-your-raw-transaction-btc-alts-coins-1938621

Hey,

I am not OP, but just want to say a big thank you for this link as I also needed this for a stuck transaction. Smiley`

However, checked this transaction and it seems already confirmed when I tried to accelerate it. I hope there is no need to swing this thread further. Op can close this thread with the confirmation about it.

Same thing happened to me and the transaction has been stuck, but already has 53,000 confirmations. It is only for $12, but still sucks...
This makes no sense... how can your transaction have 53,000 confirmations but be stuck?? Huh If it has that many confirmations, it IS a confirmed transaction.

Can you provide a txid for your transaction?

Two people deliberately sent zero fee transactions some time ago to see if they would confirm. One confirmed after weeks, but the network forgot about the other transaction, and it never confirmed.

AntPool mined the block that confirmed the OP's zero fee transaction. You can pay AntPool to confirm transactions, and some users have access to an accelerator. Either he paid, or someone accelerated it for him, or AntPool mined it for nothing.

There are 9000 unconfirmed transactions at present, but a month or two ago there were over a quarter of a million. Now the network is less overloaded it's possible some pools might have started confirming some zero fee transactions again.

Another option for getting the transactions confirmed is contacting either quickseller or macbook-air and offering to pay to get them confirmed.

The quote provides an example of how much they charged in the past, but they might want more now.

I faced a similar issue a few days back transaction not getting confirmed due to low fee but user "QuickSeller" got my transaction confirmed in minutes when I sent him 0.0001 BTC. He has access to some pool . PM him.

Either of them can get F2Pool to confirm your transactions,

If you try it you will need to give them this list of transactions and ask for them to confirm them all.

Dude I have tried to accelerate this transaction but it failed in viabtc.com. It shows the pop saying transaction does not exist. I wish to learn about this. Why not be able to accelerate it first and how to transact with any other option.
If you read the miniFAQ on the ViaBTC TX Accelerator website... you would see the answer to your question:

Quote
Why does it say “Transaction does not exist”?
In the following cases, you may be told that your transaction does not exist:
1) Too low fee: We only provide accelerator services for those with at least 0.0001BTC/KB transaction fees;
2) Node reboot: When a Bitcoin node is rebooted, synchronization of transaction data may be delayed. You can try again later;
3) Previous transaction unconfirmed. Your transaction can’t be confirmed if previous transactions connecting to yours are unconfirmed. You’ll need to wait till all previous transactions are confirmed first. You can also use our accelerator to help with that.
We can’t accelerate confirmation of “Double spent” transactions either.

The transaction I linked to has as fee of 0.00000000 btc. As such, it didn't propogate well... and ViaBTC refuses to relay this transaction, so it doesn't exist in their mempool... hence "Transaction does not exist". The OPs transaction will not show either, because of #3 in that list, it has unconfirmed parents... until all the parent transactions are confirmed, you cannot accelerate the OPs transaction using ViaBTC

At this point in time, the OPs only choice is to use a place like BTC.com to push the parent transaction... currently their website is estimating this price as $5.86, which is actually pretty reasonable:
Quote
Tx ID: baf14088eae660c01cc89a613ed2fafe84c05c46809ccf94b9f69c822b32f4c8
Tx Size: 226 Bytes
Price:
Based on the tx size, bitcoin price, etc.
$5.86
If this tx is not confirmed within 12 hours, we will refund to you automatically.

Once that 0 fee transaction gets confirmed, the others in the chain should follow as they use OKish fees... the other option is a CPFP... but that will be a bit costly given you need to be paying fees to try and get 5 transactions confirmed! Undecided

Also, in case it needs to be pushed again, the rawhex of this transaction is:
Code:
010000000167788f2160db9cef35b052738595d2f1e8a14f577ef7ceae86716e9f6a483fd5010000006b4830450221008e4743b0fa7d459677fe40674c33c5ba27cb5f01d829470ab4c6690e981979f0022068c4cf3715d262eeb43290608aa44114d29b8c678acabb9717ee1f438d353806012103340779d72a22757039632cc51a0e7ee2f775f6940d36776b8ce1128216c24a0effffffff027e8a0600000000001976a91482b565a53155012f0bc186706fdb2acc2851c6c488ac2fc07000000000001976a914cd2f4f91f8010f9a08c049ba17e983bd4de4b83588ac00000000

You need to contact the owners of the bitcoin ATM and ask for a refund. It is highly unlikely that your transaction will ever confirm. It has several unconfirmed parents, one of which has 0 BTC as a fee... that transaction has about a 0% chance of ever confirming Undecided

https://blockchain.info/tx/baf14088eae660c01cc89a613ed2fafe84c05c46809ccf94b9f69c822b32f4c8

You need to contact the ATM owners and demand that they refund or fix this.

On second look, it appears that the upstream transactions have not cleared.  The atm is trying to send you funds it doesn't own yet.   You'll need to repeat this exercise for all unconfirmed inputs.  Follow the breadcrumb toward the source addresses.

Blockchain.info already knows about it, use a different site to rebroadcast.

Yes, seems this is the problem where upstream transaction was not cleared yet. i have trying using other site to rebroadcast, and the result was failed.
so there is nothing i can do  Sad

anyway, thanks for your helps.
I am glad that the TX was still viable to you, lol.  you can  push it through but wanted to make sure that you still wanted to process those outputs, although you really had no choice.  All TX's that are properly done will eventually go through.  That assumes that it is coded right.
Manually you can bobby trap them, send more through the outputs than the inputs provide and that will forever stick the TX.  You have to deposit to the input address and bring it up to the right amount to fire the TX.  That is considered a fast, poor person, lazy smart contract, lol.

It has a chain of upstream unconfirmed transactions starting with this one.

https://blockchain.info/tx/baf14088eae660c01cc89a613ed2fafe84c05c46809ccf94b9f69c822b32f4c8

Unfortunately it pays no fees and when I tried broadcasting it through https://blockr.io/tx/push the website rejected it with this error message.

Additional info

Sum of inputs: 0.07817901
Sum of outputs: 0.07817901
Fee: -0.00000000

These websites also rejected it

https://coinb.in/#broadcast

This is the full chain of unconfirmed transactions.

You could try emailing [email protected] and offering to pay the pool to confirm your transaction. The bottom of its free transaction accelerator page says it also offers a paid service.

https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Do you have paid accelerator service?

ViaBTC’s Transaction Accelerator is a FREE service for the community. We also provide manual accelerator service for special cases (dire urgency, extremely low transaction fee etc.) and require a donation of 0.01 BTC/KB for each transaction. Please contact [email protected] for details.

Try rebroacasting the transaction.   You can grab the raw transaction from blockchain.info (add "?format=hex" to the end of the url) and submit it through a few sites listed here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/guide-broadcast-your-raw-transaction-btc-alts-coins-1938621
thanks with the reply
after going to your link above, i trying checking
Broadcast Transaction   https://blockchain.info/pushtx
and it shown
'Transaction already exists'

is this means normal transaction?
since i got it error transaction not exist when try in viabtc accelerator
