Don't worry - you will get the money back. You have a 99% chance of getting it back because of two reasons:

1) You have proof that he scammed you.

2) It was a bitcoin transaction and you were the buyer.

On this forum , you could trust people but it's people who probably won't trust you because your rank is too low and you don't have trust history . for what comes to your probably you could just use an escrow from here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcointalk-escrows-trade-safely-855778 but as I said you will be safe however the seller won't and you could chargeback .
