He didn't answered to my PM Sad
Feels like a scam attempt. He was asking me to go first with skrill then I said we can go with a smaller amount then no response from him.
never believe when he trying to ask you sent first , just find an escrow , if he not allow  obviously a scam .

They have a fee and OP is trying to make some extra funds during the transaction.
Yes, unfortunately skrill is revisible payment method for transaction, it is high risk to charge back
 if the op is not becareful to buyers, he will be losing his bitcoin.
i think the op should use escrow for this transaction selling and it will protect from the scamers
on bitcointalk, many scamers that use skrill on here.

Even after escrow is used, if the person who want to chargeback wants to do, he can still do that. It is always risk accepting payments from others, since they are reversible.
For safety of his own money better he pay some fees and exchange from Skrill account because if he is going to do from some other ex-changer then he can lost his money which could be more bad for him

Why dont you upload directly from btc to skrill.

Skrill accept bitcoin to upload directly.
