Can you tell one safe and secure btc wallet ?
Wich one is safe?
There is nothing difficult or hard with Bitcoin wallets, but they need to be non-custodial and open source.
Electrum is one of the best wallets for Bitcoin and it's very easy to use it, it is safe if you download it from official website and verify after that.
There are alternative options for both desktop and mobile devices, and safest option would be using hardware wallets like Trezor, Bitbox or Passport.

Start up with the basics which this is somewhat a summation.

Custodial - Exchangers, web wallets and other platforms which are centralized or simply you dont possess the wallet keys
Non-custodial - Open-source, decentralized, you do possess the keys

Totally we could really tell that using up exchangers on storing up our coins is easy since you could really make some instant switch up from other crypto to another or
make out direct conversion to fiat but of course on the talks about security and this is where issues and con's do really pop out.

Blockchain.com wallet is a web wallet which is far less secure than a software wallet like Electrum. Regarding the easiness of using, it's pretty easy as like as send/receive sounds. I never found it as a complex one.
You can use Hardware wallet for maximum security. Be aware choosing the best one, don't buy from any unofficial source.
BTC wallets is actually very easy to use, but many people have trouble with it. This is easily fixed. You just need to use it for a while, having studied slowly and sequentially all the functions. Having mastered and got used to wallet, it will no longer seem like something difficult. The simplest and most reliable is electrum. In conjunction with hardware wallet, reliability increases, but it will take a little effort to master HW too. Nothing complicated, but the first time there may be a hitch. There is nothing wrong with that, and with cryptocurrencies one way or another you will need to learn new things, because the industry is new and rapidly changing.

Blockchain.com I wouldn't use. Despite its apparent simplicity, this website can cause more headaches for beginners than electrum. Also consider less reliability and the fact that Blockchain.com limits and stops serving certain regions. This doesn't fit in with the idea of freedom, which is cultivated in the world of cryptocurrencies.

I usually tell people to give Electrum a try.  It's one of the more popular wallets out there and you don't have to download the blockchain in order to use it, so it's something you can setup completely in a couple of minutes.  It's also pretty self explanatory or I'm sure there are plenty of videos online if you need help how to store you funds.  So long as you backup your private key and your computer isn't compromised already, you should be fine.  Times like now when people aren't sure what to believe it is important to take custody of your funds to avoid losing them.  You might be glad you did.

Actually, using a non-custodial wallet or an exchange wallet has nothing to do with difficulty or ease of use, the difference lies in the purpose of use. People who leave their bitcoins or cryptocurrencies on centralized exchanges are mostly traders, very few holders will leave bitcoins on the exchange.
Nowadays, people not only invest in bitcoin, many also invest in altcoins and the fact that each stored coin needs a separate wallet makes it very difficult to control the asset. So people tend to have them all on a centralized exchange, which is convenient for trading as well as managing them.

I have also used blockchain.info wallet, coinbase...but if for storing bitcoins Electrum wallet is the best and easiest to use I found, and for those with higher security needs, they will tend to choose hardware wallets for themselves.

Without additional detail, i would recommend BlueWallet (since most people own mobile device and it has good transparency). But take note there's no thing such as absolute security

Bluewallet is quite popular and I also use it. The user interface is simple and easy to use even for beginners. In addition, BlueWallet also supports the Lightning Bitcoin network. For absolute security, there will never be, in the name of the system, there will definitely be loopholes, both from the application and from the users themselves. and no wallet is difficult to use, just how we can understand it, difficult for those who don't understand and easy for those who have learned it.

Main Features of Bluewallet:

  • Multiple Wallets
  • Watch-only wallets
  • Multisig Vault
  • Lightning Wallets
  • Fee & Transactions control
  • Plausible deniability
  • Notifications
  • Recover wallets
  • Batch Transactions

What exactly do you find difficult in using these wallets? You don't have to understand how the backend and account operations are handled but you only can send/receive your coins with slight understanding of the wallet but still you come up with this statement?

In exchange rather it's more difficult to operate and navigate through different pages and menus to get the action done and moreover your funds are not safe at all so if you are comfortable with it then you can go that way.

he bitcoin maximalists (people who will not sell no matter what happens on the market) make up a very small percentage of all cryptocurrency users,
Considering that there is absolutely no statistics about how many users are holding bitcoin for what reason, you can not make this claim about percentage of any groups.

Also keep in mind that gamblers (the day traders making bets on the price) are always a lot more vocal than any other group which is why we see a lot of topics each time there is a small price movement. That doesn't mean they are the majority just because the rest are mostly silent.

Exchanges are still popular because people are still more into speculating with digital assets than hodling. For this reason, the bitcoin maximalists (people who will not sell no matter what happens on the market) make up a very small percentage of all cryptocurrency users, who are mostly gambling with their digital money. Also, some people erroneously believe that those who work on exchanges are more technically literate in matters of cryptocurrency management: funds are safer when on "hosted" wallets managed by centralized entities. Of course, this is a total misconception. Decentralized custody of many owners of independent wallets is the key to security. As for the difficulty of use, I can say that setting up your personal wallet requires much fewer steps and interactions than setting up your exchange account and undergoing different verification procedures to make your account "work."

If you're at least slightly technically literate, like if you can confidently navigate a smartphone, you should be able to handle using a non-custodial wallet properly. Like, they have easy-to-understand instructions so it shouldn't be that much of a problem unless you're careless.

What's so difficult about most open source cryptocurrencies, with good programming and verified code from multiple developers?
Most of those wallets have beautiful GUI, easy to use, small space, high security, and does not require any technical knowledge or writing codes, as it provides an acceptable level of privacy.
For Desktop use Electrum, for phone try bluewallet

Not even close. Pretty much the opposite. I find it far less complicated to download and install a simple, lightweight Bitcoin wallet, which comes with a brief description of how it works, than to create an account at Binance, complete a bunch of captchas, submit KYC, wait for a week to have an employee approve me, confirm my email and phone number, and all that, to get a GUI full of shitcoin shillings, without privacy, censorship resistance, ability to select transaction fee, and more importantly with trust required? Hell no.

Many people use exchange wallets as BTC wallets. But I would never call it safe. Currently we see Jaljant for example from FTX. So how can we think this exchange is very safe. But the most secure is the hardware wallet.  Although you have to buy there with money it is still very safe. Also there is electrum wallet you can use it. It will not require any money. But whatever wallet you currently use, use it very carefully.

If you say blockchain.info wallet is the most easiest then you can almost use any other wallet and if you don't know any the I recommend one which is "Electrum" available in smartphone as well as for PC and it can be completely trusted but all you need to know is keep your private keys safe which will be provided to you at the creation of your wallet and make sure you downloaded the wallet from official website.

It is better to use a non-custodial wallet than the exchange centralized platform upon storing your crypto.
Honestly --if you don't have money to purchase a hardware wallet which is considered a very safe and secure wallet, there is an Electrum wallet which is very easy to download and very easy to use. You can watch different tutorials on Youtube if you don't know how to use them. Keeping safeguard our wallet sometimes depend on us, we should have diligence on it in keeping our private key safe and as long as we have full control of it --your crypto is safe in that wallet.
By the way --have you heard the FTX and Binance drama recently? they are both centralized exchange which is not safe to store your crypto.
