well here's the situation.
I'm a student and I'm currently quite broke, and I want to purchase paid beta access to a video game which costs $10 and can be paid via PayPal. This means, I am not paying you BTC1 to SEND me $10. I am paying BTC1 so I can GET $10 in my paypal account. It can't be a cent less than $10, so if there's any fee's you'll have to pay them.
You'll make a couple of dollars out of this, and you'll be keeping a broke student who can't afford to party for a while entertained!
