I requested a withdrawal of BTC0.3 on 2017-04-28, they warn about a processing time of several days, but it has been over a week now and the withdrawal still shows as "handling"...
I'll keep you updated  Smiley
Another issue is that the crypto I am interested in only has a CNY pair, so I had to change my CNY to BTC, and the rate is pretty bad, like 10% over rated.

The BTC came in on May 11, 2017, so about two weeks after my withdrawal request. Pretty slow, but it worked  Smiley

Thanks for the update, I may give this site a try

It is first time I hear about BTC38 service, more review needed here regarding BTC38 service!
Likewise its my first time to hear of BTC38 exchange which I don't know if they are legit or not that's why I would like to advice for you op better to review its service and seek for feedbacks about them.If you do have problems on withdrawals seems you are asking about it then we should be aware in that case.I would like to ask,why we do really need to use unknown or unfamous site compared to those who are on the top and reputable?

Nobody uses BTC38? It is a Chinese exchange and I've heard that Chinese exchanges aren't typically allowing withdraws.

all china exchanger this now is down trust
i think BTC38 user if not from china i think is leave and not trade in there

I appreciate the response. Your English is a little bit broken.

Do you know if BTC38 is processing withdraws?

I take your response to mean that trust in Chinese exchanges is low. I have a specific reason to use BTC38 so it would be nice to know if anybody is currently able to withdraw from them or not.

Is BTC38 trustworthy? They require facebook login.

Are they processing withdraws currently? Does anybody know?

Thank you.
