Hi, please may you release my money hold?
My credentials were accepted two weeks ago but the hold is still there Huh

I have had a money hold on any withdraw, even after submitting multiple tickets i have not heard anything of my hold being released. In my tickets I provided my ID and most recent utility bill, today I checked to see if the hold had been released and as of now it is still there. Will someone from BTC-e please release my funds ASAP!

I would like to know, if I send more USD, or if I send EUR , will I get a new HOLD again? 



I have received a response by btc-e to this question and I want to share it, in case someone else is also hesitant to send more funds after the HOLD was cleared:

As long as the sender of the bank transfer does not change, there will not be a new HOLD on the account once the first HOLD was already cleared!
Good news.
Also I received confirmation that there are not currently any problems receiving bank transfers from their end.

I can confirm my HOLD is removed. I will try a small withdrawal of BTC to my own wallet now.  Cheesy

I have the same problem as the OP, uploaded ID, bill, bank reference letter stating that I am the person who can operate the account and the name of my company, then after further request from btc-e also uploaded a certificate of incorporation for my company, but the hold is not removed, ticket ID #MZC-861-86298
