As long as your miners are running and submitting shares under your username, your getting credit. Afaik it's strictly a stats display issue which he'll get corrected asap. It's happened on more than one pool, The stats are messed up, But your still getting credit on the backend. I don't even check the stats that often, Because it will drive you crazy after a while...lol

I'm still pushing my 1.2ghash to BTCGuild, And I'm not concerned at all. He'll get it straightened out.

Working on the fix right now, something went wrong when I was asleep (as usual).  The last 4 blocks have not yet been allocated to users.  Looking into why that is right now.  Your share data for all 4 rounds is still there, so it's just an issue of getting everybody's accounts credited for the 4 blocks and getting them into the stats.

i've recently switched to BTCguild to try it out

currenty i'm seeing "this round shares" are not counting although total shares are being incremented this is very worry-some tbh

if 'this round shares' are not counting how can I be sure i'll be getting paid on all those submitted shares?!

Look at the main BTCGuild thread. The operator has acknowledged the issue and will fix it as soon as he can. It does not affect your payout, simply the stats on the website.

quick link? Sorry, I am working and dont have the time to sift through the threads to find it.

the same EXACT thing was happening to me, and scaring me. I went and looked at the block stats and it said I was still earning close to my normal BTC per block, but my shares wernt going up at all. I know they just switched to a new server and there are other issues with the most recent time shares were received and all, but I am very nervous with the new shares counter not working.

I deffinatly want to move back to BTCguild cause I was making a lot more than deepbit, but for now I am willing to take less for reliability.

If anyone notices the problem gets resolved let me know so I can switch back.

pool history said I was getting roughly my normal amount of btc per block, but my account screen was off and scareing me. I do make more on BTCguild.

BTCguild is US East so that 9:09 was eastern standard time, and that was about the time the round ended. Still dont understand why I only got 400 shares, but I made my normal amount of btc.

still a little uneasy....anxious to switch back to BTCguild but gonna stay on deepbit till it is resolved.

the stats say that block #129586 was found at 09:08:29, although blockexplorer says it was 13:27:11 (which is ~correct).

http://www.btcguild.com/blocks.php

So yes, something is definitely wrong.

afaik the backend is working fine and it's just the webstats, all of the numbers are right on the backend and he'll fix asap, but cut the guy a break, he needs sleep just like everyone else. he posted in his thread that the stats were messed up and he'd get to it this morning

After all the talk about deepbit, I attempted to use btcguild and it was terrible in comparison.

There's a reason why I use deepbit, it simply works.

Is BTCguild having issues? I have about 1000mhs but am not earning any shares? I would be on the US east server, so I am curious if anyone else is having this problem? The round went for over 4 hours and I only earned 400 some shares.

There is something definitely not quite right with BTCGuild currently.

I'm submitting blocks, their being accepted but my This Round shares are not incrementing although 2Shares since Reset" are. Also the Block History page is about 4hours behind currently. Sad

It seems to be counting blocks (although my block shares between 0100 UTC and 0600 UTC were suspiciously low), but the stats page is definitely broken.

Don't think I am having connectivity issues.

I've emailed webmaster@... waiting for a reply.

sounds a lot like what was happening to me! Glad to know I am not the only one this is happening to. I'd like to move off of deepbit, but it is reliable...

Sure its called variance, but for me its called making money Smiley
If a pool isn't giving me the return I can expect at another, I am outta there.  I mined at BTCguild for quite a while, and it seems like every round they have is a "long round".  Sure their was some short ones sprinkled in there, but on average, their rounds are horrible. LOL.  I switched to deepbit and made more in the last 12 hours than i did in 3 days at BTCguild

The bug isn't affecting your payout, just the display. The BTCGuild has had some long rounds. It's called variance.

Like with any problem:

Report,
wait 24 hours,
check if fixed.

Just looking at the BTCguild thread I see you're not the only one having display issues, however so far these always have been only display issues.

eleutheria is based in the USA, east coast afaik, so he might just be enjoying a late breakfast or working on his actual job... the issue most likely will be fixed very soon, I don't really see the need to open a seperate thread for this.

Edit:
And if you feel the need to sell BTC at a certain rate, look into options trading instead of day trading... might be a far safer way to mine until hardware is paid off anyways!

yea, I swtiched back to deepbit until BTCguild can get their new server working without issue. I need to pay off my miners ASAP and cannot afford to not earn for 4 hours.

I had to switch to another pool after I wasnt making anything from BTCGuild Sad  With the price of bitcoins, if your miner isnt running in a solid pool, you can loose money with a quickness....especially if you have a high hashing machine.

on BTC guild, my miners were earning shares without a problem. I was barley given any btc over 4 hours time, so I am a little annoyed. Everything was fine on my end, apparantly they are having bugs.

Did you not earn shares according to the (currently slightly bugged) overview in "My account" on BTCguild or did you only get 400 valid shares in your mining program?
