The whole site is just to get scammed!  Why would any one pay it back?  What are law enforcement going to do?  Even if they did understand cryptos, no police would look at it anyway.

My personal law firm told me they dont touch fraud cases < $1m.

Just stay away from this scam site, u make 10 loans and if one doesnt get repaid you are in red numbers. And in sum you can never gain the shitty 10%+ they advertise. Because you will always hit on a scammer. They get their share in any case and that is the point of that scam business.

Stay away!

Maybe we should get a dedicated forum on BTCjam going.

Many pitfalls, but also many decent opportunities!

www.btcjamforum.info

Still empty, maybe it can grow to a good resource!

I also don't understand why they still exist. Many scammers, the word "verified" has no meaning at all, their support only replies after months and after you have written a hundred times.
I recommend http://www.btcjamscam.com

Dude, this site only shows like 5% of total scammers. Arbitration means no shit
The problem with btcjam is that they do not attempt to collect any delinquent loans from borrowers. Instead they allow the individual lenders go after the borrowers in court. This is extremely expensive and much less efficient. It would probably not be worth it for most lenders to sue in court as the individual amounts lent are very small.

Did you break any of the terms of use (that you know of) to get yourself blacklisted?

Hi guys,

Please be beware of BTCjam.

I have repaid around 3btc in loans, BTCjam have made around 0.3btc off me for the fees and loan activations, but when i tried withdrawing some of the funds from my account apparantely i couldn't because my account was "Blacklisted", no explanation from support, nothing. But yet they still allowed me to repay loans and deposit btc so they would get their fees.
