First of all check the wallet's address again, in order to be sure that you have given the correct number.
Then connect to the blockchain explorer of your coin) giving your address in order to check the balance.
The transactions need some time in order to send the money. If you still your balance is zero, the best you have to do is to contact Cryptopia and tell your problem.
I hope that your PC wasn't compromised and the wallet you've downloaded was the correct and not a copy.

In need of help...

Bought ZCL on Cryptopia, downloaded the new ZCL Electrum Wallet compatible with BTCPrivate. I *thought* I had everything set up correctly for the transfer to the wallet. Several hours after sending it from exchange to wallet, on Cryptopia, it says "Complete". My wallet shows a zero balance of ZCL, nothing even pending. I don't know what to do, so I'm freaking out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
