During the week end, do not expect any company to solve your problems.

I called on a Saturday, and they put me on hold for 3 minutes, and cleared my account.  Didn't take any longer than 5 minutes total.  Then my btc came right after....

Sounds like your issue is not with BTCQuick but with Google Wallet. Have you contacted Google wallet support?

Hi had to call and verify my account, they did withing 2 hours, but they cancelled both my order , now i have til tomorrow and monday to replace both my orders, no one every answers at BTCQUICK , chat, email or phone, there service is pretty bad


Good luck to do that.
Hope it will get fixed ...

I am still not verified after 4 days. What's the hold up? No response from customer service.

Call Google wallet.  Sounds like they may be holding the payment. They did that to me once, and all I had to do was call.  After that, email btcquick through their site, they will sort it all out quick.

anyone experience long delays with these guys, ? my first purchase took ten minutes to get my bit coins, i made a pig purchase  yesterday it still says processing payment..Huh

sms confirmation went through, and cc has been charged..

and still waiting for them to reply to email,
