They have threads here on the "Service discussion" sub forum. Find that and post the questions/concerns there. They are active members of this board and seem to be very legit and responsive (I've been using them on average once per 7-10 days) for the last couple of months.

I placed an order with BtcQuick on August 14th and despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have received NO response. This is not the first time I have purchased BTC thru BtcQuick. In the past I was served in a very quick and efficient manner. The order was placed and the coin received within hours, no problem. The order I placed on the 14th is still "under review" (what ever that means) and despite many attempts to contact them I have yet to have ANY response. I know they're small time but even if they were grossly understaffed, just a "We have received your inquiry and are looking into it." would be better than complete silence.
Has anyone else had these types of problems, or is this the norm?

When I had a problem with BitInstant, I had to go to Facebook to get a response from them. Does anyone have any suggestion how I can get BtcQuick to respond?
