Hey Trep, why are you looking for Fax?

The Legal Status of Fax

A fax copy of an original document is generally considered the same as the original. There are exceptions to this rule, especially in government recording offices where an original signature is nearly always required before a document will be recorded. The wide acceptance of faxed documents as valid and binding keeps its popularity intact as a preferred way to quickly transmit contracts and orders.

Technical idea for safer private trading

Each buyer should send the seller a signed message (*) "I want to buy XXX btcQuick shares from user XXX for XXX"
Each seller should send the buyer a signed message (*) "I want to sell XXX btcQuick shares to user XXX for XXX"

(*) The BTC address used for signing should be the public visible shareholder BTC address.
The buyer can also check if the seller really owns a specific amount of shares.

Use smaller amounts for trades, for example to sell 10k shares for BTC1 (prices don't match share value, easy example only)

Buyer sends BTC0.1 to Seller
Seller sends 2000 shares to Buyer
Buyer sends BTC0.2 to Seller
Seller sends 2000 shares to Buyer
Buyer sends BTC0.2 to Seller
Seller sends 2000 shares to Buyer
Buyer sends BTC0.2 to Seller
Seller sends 2000 shares to Buyer
Buyer sends BTC0.2 to Seller
Seller sends 2000 shares to Buyer
Buyer sends BTC0.1 to Seller

Max risk for Buyer and Seller: 1/10 of trading volume (BTC0.1 or 1000 shares)!
Of course, Seller could start with 1000 shares as well.
You got the idea I think.

In case of a dispute, you have a signed message from the trading partner and could get in contact with btcQuick.

Selling 17,990 btcQuick shares for 5.0 BTC.

It's well over current market value, but given the utter lack of liquidity for US buyers, I think that price is absurd.  That's my price.
