Ask the btcquick support to see if they can help you.
You are supposed to receive btc with a bitcoin address, not private key. priv key is like a "password", it's for accessing btc not receiving. are you sure you did it wrong?

Yes, a newbie to bitcoins here. I bought some bitcoins at btcQUICK but I mistakenly entered my bitcoin address I have at Inputs wallet instead of a private key. I don't seem to reach anyone at btcQUICK by email or phone. Did I lose my $250 worth of bitcoins?
