This wildcard recipe should generate what you described:

Code:
%A%a%2d-%2a%2d-%2a%2d
%A  -  a single ASCII uppercase letter
%a  -  a single ASCII lowercase letter
%2d  -  exactly two digits
%2a  -  exactly two ASCII lowercase letters

You should verify that it actually produces correct tokens in your described layout.

Your search space has a magnitude of (26*26*100)3 equals 308,915,776,000,000 possible tokens according to your construction constraints. This is a lot and btcrecover doesn't seem to have GPU accelaration for BIP39 mnemonic passphrase search. This wil take a while...

Since you have already been watching some youtube videos on the matter of how to use btcrecover, and still have difficulties using it, i can advise you to take a paid private session with cryptoguide.tips
He will def. be able help you with this recovery

He also haves a YT channel with lots of content of how to use btcrecover, i've never used his services, but i've never heard anyone talk bad about this person.

I lost my passphrase; I have the correct seed. The funds are still in the address where I deposited the funds. BTCrecover seems complicated to use. I need assistance in recovering the wallet. The passphrase somewhat like this. I don't know the any of the letters, numbers, but I know used these symbols  between every 4 digits, upper case the first letter, the rest lower case.  2 letters, 2 numbers, symbol, 2 letters, 2 numbers, symbol, 2 letters and 2 numbers. Sample is like this. What is a token file for this combination?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
