BTCrecover need assistance with token file

I lost my passphrase; I have the correct seed. The funds are still in the address where I deposited the funds. BTCrecover seems complicated to use. I need assistance in recovering the wallet. The passphrase is exactly like this. First 2 are letters, starting as a capital for the first letter, the rest are all lower case, 2 numbers, then symbol - then 2 lower case letters then 2 numbers, then another symbol - then 2 lower case letters and lastly 2 numbers. How would my token file should look like. Sample of passphrase is:

Da24-dy62-ga38

It is a total of exactly 14 characters long. I do no longer recall what where the letters or numbers anymore, but I can recall that there was that symbol between each 4 digits.

I lost right after transferring the funds to a cold wallet.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter. I have been losing sleep over this. I have watch multiple YouTube tutorials, but they are confusing.
