any one trading there?
i have my story that shows its a scam but would like to hear other people opionion about this shady exchange
Please if you already know there are a lot of the reputable exchange site with a lot of users and why you are trying for visiting in the suspicious site? the chance for be a scam site is so high.

Thats what im thinking too , why people  do invest and put money to non famous and reputable sites? Since they could  go for the most reputable  and trusted  which somehow they would  get assurance from their money to be putted on. Always go for the top sites than to those shady sites and not so popular because the  percent of being scammed is high.

because of the profit daaaa...
i bet ive done way more profit than you have done in crypto so please dont teach me how to risk management while im trading : )
just wanted to know if anyone encountered the same issue and to warn ppl about that exchange : )

Worth pointing out that they are listed as a partner of asch https://www.asch.so/

Also I remember a very odd Chinese altcoin that was promoted seemingly by entities associated with powerful Chinese and it was centered around one person in Vancouver.

My impression at the time was that it was a very clever gifted person who had created an elaborate network to support one currency, but it all looks like more than one person could do alone.

i tried reaching support for more than 2 months now but they are playing games, telling me i need to wait until tomorow to talk to a manager and a day later telling me they cant let me speak with a manager and i should go to the police

that's the most awkward answer I've just seen from an exchanger support, reccommend you to contact the police LOL,they really trying to get away from the responsibility due to their poor security or I can say lack of security,if you can make 20btc just under 24 hours then it's good, I just advice you to move out from that joke exchanger

i guess not a whole of people are trading there... any way here is my story:

hey, im in crypto for more than 2 years, it helped me to change my hightech job with day trading crypto cuyrrencies,
2 months ago i needed to disable my 2fa from btctrade.com, i did the same in 40 other exchanges for only a day and a half, and a day later my account in btctrade (and only in btctrade) got hacked  while i was loged in, a second login came from canada (about 40 minutes after my login from israel ip)
the hacked successfuly brute forced my trading password (impossible i say) , created a new btc withdrawal address, and withdrawal 100% of my funds (20 btc, actualy he sold  a lot of LTC in like 25-50% under market price and withdrawal all the btc).
i tried reaching support for more than 2 months now but they are playing games, telling me i need to wait until tomorow to talk to a manager and a day later telling me they cant let me speak with a manager and i should go to the police

i know there is a security measure that wont let you withdrawal to new address or from a new ip until you are verifying yourself via email, but for some reason they didnt work this time,

after a further investigation i learned that btctrade is a canedian based company (strange how the hackers ip is also from vancouver canada)

all these leads me to believe the site is a scam and i was propebly got hit with an inside job of some sort
traders should be warned

1. there is no information about that site on google.
2. there is no announcement thread or discussion thread about that site in this forum.
3. the official social account of that site is inactive.
the scam was very obvious. you should only do trading in the sites which are atleast well known in this forum, the biggest bitcoin community, from now onwards. lesson learned!

i bet you are trading on 2 exchange max, give me a break
i already said im traindg on a lot of different exchanges, its part of the risk managment, the exchange seems legit (transfered there 2 billion doge, slowly =]) , i think the problem is with one or more support givers :s

i take chances because it worth it, they stole more than 20 btc after a 6 month activity, and still i managed to make more profit than what they took in under 24 hours
