You have no information whatsoever about who you are on your website. Why should people trust you with their money?
Having a tree on your logo is not a valid reason...
thanks for your reply.
trust is a problem every new exchange service has to face, we understand your concern,
we do have our reputation in bitcoin community (an long term bitcoin trade experience, financial guarantee in other exchanger etc..), and we do share this information with our partners.
however, as you can see, an well knew exchanger or a public company doesn't mean it won't have any problem, people still got scammed or feel unsatisfied, yes, they can complaint them because of "they are well knew, they might care about their reputation", but be honestly, the party cares about it or not, only depends on their professional virtue, there are always "reasons, excuses" can be given, the customers satisfaction doesn't comes from the "certificate" but from the exchanger's really attitude of service and really actions. as we provide fast trade/deposit/withdraw service (10min-12H), we strongly suggest that you try us one time, to see if we actually do our business as we said.

Hmm. Who are you exactly and why should we trust you?
Who is your partners? Can you bring forward any proof of 'we do have our reputation in bitcoin community (an long term bitcoin trade experience, financial guarantee in other exchanger etc..)' ? Your typing accent sounds foreign (from an British/American/English speaking country viewpoint), so where are you based at?
A well known exchanger /public company that has a presence/can be identified in the real world do have problems, but people will know where to turn to IF any problem arises. People can locate the people responsible for it IRL. That is the main difference between an anonymous 'company' then a public one.
Your company is no different then the anonymous exchangers that operates on TOR or one of this:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=74480.msg824404#msg824404 at the moment.

sorry to hear about such a conclusion. but we do not agree with you, because what we put on the website, and Trade Energy program(self-design), the payment Turnover of Capital, these are very valuable. we can say, what we paid for them, what we worked for them, are at least worth more than 1k USD.will we scam more than 1k usd then run? the answer is no, why? because the potential value of bitcoin exchange market is much more than that. either you believe or not, we will prove it with our work.
at the last, i know when an new exchange comes out, people will doubt it. the reason why we don't create a well know public company, its because we would like to provide a free, fast bitcoin exchange service as the nature of bitcoin should be. we do not want to ask our clients for id paper, license etc...
some people want a fast/free bitcoin trade market, some do not. we just provide an new option.
so, if you please, would you give us a try before you deny our service?
thank you
