I made the mistake of using BTER for the first time a few days ago and now have ~0.25BTC of altcoins stuck in there. I have been trying to withdraw my funds for 5 days now and they are not returning any enquirers.

I don't know any of bter admins but their support is getting me angry.
Last time that i asked them was in October and i got an answer almost after a month.
The only way is to ask on their chat, send them emails and create tickets, i have few btc frozen there
