Screw it, took the minor hit to buy LTC and withdraw them to exchange for BTC elsewhere.

I've lost all confidence in BTER between the crazy withdrawal limits they've been imposing on certain coins and now this. It doesn't take what is fast approaching a full day to re-sync the BTC blockchain, not even on my laptop.

Btc hasn't gone out of bter since at least 48 hours ago. It marked withdrawals as completed and never appeared on the blockchain. I'm hoping they are working on it.

Dear Sir,
Your request has been recorded and our technical personnel will help to check the reason.
THIS IS THE MOST YOU WILL GET FROM THEM.

I have had 4 deposits support requests end with this email.  My doge is still missing Sad

same thing happening here. i can't believe there's no note, how shady.

I have a very uneasy feeling. It wouldn't take 15 hours to sync the blockchain on an average PC, nevermind exchange level servers. I also don't quite understand how you can allow BTC in with an unsynced chain but not out. Doesn't make sense.

Just a note since it's not mentioned anywhere on their site until you attempt to withdraw BTC. They are not currently allowing any BTC withdrawal requests to be entered, instead a pop-up appears stating "Re-syncing the blockchain, being back soon".

This has been going on for > 15 hours and counting.

The deposit page however still functions as usual. Make of that what you will.
